**Headings in expand/collapse**

Hi!

When you use headings in expand/collapses like on the [Making Events 
Accessible 
Article](https://www.w3.org/WAI/teach-advocate/accessible-presentations/), 
they are unavailable for screen readers as the `<summary>` element is a 
button and headings inside of buttons are not allowed.

I did not realize this when I worked on the site but did submit a [Pull 
Request for the documentation several weeks 
ago](https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-theme/pull/43).
