Main WCAG 2.1 recommendation page invalid

Hi,

Just thought I'd bring to your attention that the WCAG 2.1 recommendations page: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/ appears to be both invalid and is not well-formed. I believe this is somewhat in violation of pre-requisites as laid out in https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/parsing.html. Looking at the markup it looks like someone mixed HTML5 and xHTML elements, but that's from a cursory analysis.
