EOWG Current Work list, links, status

Hi EOWG Chairs and WAI Team,

Please check that this is correct:

Goals for it:
* EOWG folks be able to easily get links to current drafts, background info (e.g., requirements analysis), etc.
* powers-that-be get list of what we're working on
- and also, not have to update it very often
