Dear sir, madam,
Over the past week, I've used the evaluation tool (WCAG-EM Report Tool (w3.org)<https://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/report-tool/#!/>). I think I found a bug. When you start with the English language, there is no problem. But, once step 4 is reached where the results need to be monitored, the bug arises. Since I am Dutch, I switched from English to the Dutch language. When I do that, all the insertion field disappear. Therefore, I cannot fill in Dutch results (or even see the categories in Dutch). When I switch back to English, the fields are also gone. I needed to restart the tool, before the field reappeared again. Below the pictures to elaborate. I hope this will help.
