First published year of 2014. This information may have changed since.

The tutorial does not provide information about that. A W3C Community 
Group is in the process of developing a comprehensive test suite:

The majority of WCAG requirements and technical guidance around WCAG 
relate to screen reader users, including for Braille displays.

We also host an Interest Group discussion list where issues of digital 
accessibility are discussed.
