Hi, I’m doing research on web content accessibility in higher education. I’m confused by the table on https://www.w3.org/WAI/policies/ <https://www.w3.org/WAI/policies/> It appears to note the year various pieces of legislation were enacted and also notes if those pieces of legislation are based on WCAG 1 or 2. But in some cases the "date enacted” predates publication dates for the noted version of WCAG. For example, Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) <https://www.w3.org/WAI/policies/australia/#disability-discrimination-act-1992-dda> is said to be based on WCAG 2.0, but 2.0 was published in 2008 and even WGAC 1.0, which I believe was published in 1999, would be after the Act was enacted in 1992. It looks like there was possibly an amendment to the act published in 2016. Could I suggest that the table be modified to show the date the legislation was enacted or amended to reference web accessibility? Or if I have misinterpreted the table information, please let me know. Thanks very much for all the good work you do. Kim Ashbourne
