Voice Overs - minor fixes and possible change

You want the excitement of a last minute change? :-/ Not huge, so if you need to ignore, OK.

Summary: Given all below, I think we probably want to change the end-plate narration to:
1: For resources on evaluating web accessibility, visit w3.o-r-g/W-A-I/evaluation
2: For information on easy checks for web accessibility, visit w3.o-r-g/W-A-I/evaluation
3: For information on tools for evaluating web accessibility, visit w3.o-r-g/W-A-I/evaluation
4: For information on web accessibility conformance evaluation, visit w3.o-r-g/W-A-I/evaluation
5: For information on involving users in web accessibility, visit w3.o-r-g/W-A-I/involve-users

(Then for the animation, put the title first and go ahead and start the URI animation so it's there for longer time.)

Rationale:

I'm not sure if these were missed in the previous survey <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/Videos_Eval_Set_Draft1/results#xother>? (I added some additional input here)

* [high] for end-plate animation timing: show only the URI during the narration of it. Wait to show the resource name until after the URI is done in the narration.
(Rationale: For people who are viewing the video elsewhere (e.g., in YouTube), the most important thing they need from the whole video is the URI. If other text is appearing on the screen while the URI is being said, then that moving text gets attention and some of us cannot focus on and process the URI.)

* [medium] In the narration for end plates, for the URI, say “W-A-I” instead of “way”. (I do support saying “way” other places.) … Some videos say “W-A-I” and some say “way” for the URI
(Rationale: This is what people need to type, so saying the letters seems to fit better.)

* [minor] In the narration for end plates, for the URI, do we want to say “dot-org” or “dot-o-r-g”?
(Additional input: Especially for non-native speakers, “dot-o-r-g” seems better. Unless we think .org is well know for our target audience, then we could go with “dot-org”)

Also, I notice in this survey <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/Videos_Eval_Set_Draft2/results>:
* At the end of the video I would prefer the title of the resource first in bold and then the URL without bold.
* End cards in general – Super mild: I would prefer the name of the video/resource on top and the URL on bottom, with the URL being smaller or the same size as the video title. My brain starts reading the URL before realizing it is a URL. Having the title more prominent would give my brain more time to identify the content.

SLH input: I like the idea of the title first. The URI will have more clarity if it's at the end.
If we think these will be viewed a lot outside of the WAI website, then I think the URI should still be bigger and bolder.

One other inconsistency that I noticed in video 4 end-plate narration and text:
* the title animation and opening narration is “Web Accessibility Conformance Evaluation”
* the latest update said: 2:02 end-plate should read “Web Accessibility Conformance Evaluation”
* yet the narration is currently “for more information on conformance evaluation of web accessibility”

I think the end narration should be changed to match the visual text: "for more information on web accessibility conformance evaluation"
(even though it's not front-loaded with "conformance evaluation", I think it's smoother overall)
