Hi all,
I'm so sorry this is late. I thought I had sent an email to Sharron asking a question about the American spelling of words and was waiting for a response. I found that email in my Outbox with half a dozen others! Either way, my fault for not following up when I hadn't heard back right away. I have left the American spelling of words there and put everything is a word document with tracked changes on. Please let me know if this is ok.
On a side note, Sharron the content is fantastic! Well done on such a great job. I know it wasn't easy.
