People first language

I have added a note in the WAI style guide section on people-first language
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Style#People_first_language> to reflect the
current usage in The Business Case for Digital Accessibility.

I could add that to the survey but since the style guide itself has never
been reviewed or approved that seems superfluous. What do others think?
