Automated check errors on Navigation menu example

Good afternoon-

The Navigation Menu example results in an error in at least two of the
tools that can check accessibility. The example has three LI elements that
are immediate descendants of the UL with the role of "menubar." These
elements get flagged in accessibility checkers as not having a parent UL
(since the parent UL has the native role overridden by the menubar role.).
The example as it currently stands would need to have the role="none" added
to those three first-level LI's as well (About/admissions/academics).
