[Accessible Media Tutorial]

I’m sure this is not what I’m looking for. However, maybe you would have suggestions for me. 
As a blind consumer of DVS films, I find it frustrating to know of potentially great movie candidates for describing, with no way of knowing who or where to submit my recommendation. I realize with new films being created every day, it may be difficult to keep up. I just wonder how, with the vast awray of undescribed titles, does one determine which older film gets chosen for describing.
