404 - link does not work

When I try to get from https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/Overview.html
to https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/existingtools.html (link is
called Evaluation
Tools for Web Content Accessibility
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/existingtools.html>) it throws 404
at me. Could you please advise?
