Include accessibility responsibility breakdown roles as filters in WCAG quickref

It would be nice if one could filter the success criteria in the How to
Meet WCAG 2.0 QuickRef <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/> by the
roles laid out in the Accessibility Responsibility Breakdown
<https://www.w3.org/community/wai-engage/wiki/Accessibility_Responsibility_Breakdown>
developed by the WAI-Engage community.  You almost do this with the tags
Developing, Interaction Design, Content Creation, and Visual Design, but
tying it explicitly to the roles in that document would add value, I think.
