Hi,

I'd like to quickly report an issue.

In the "Better Web Browsing" HTML-Document (
https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/browsing) the link that has the text
"Designing for Inclusion" on the left navigation bar has an empty value for
the href attribute. It should be "../users/"/
