[style guide] Voice: consolidate by removing reliable

Hi All,


I wanted to propose removing reliable from the list of voice qualities because it is covered by a combination of authoritative, knowledgeable and credible.


I agree that our voice needs to be authoritative and knowledgeable. I think being reliable or trustworthy comes from being authoritative, knowledgeable, and credible or believable.


This would bring the list to:

  *   authoritative
  *   knowledgeable
  *   credible

and:

  *   clear
  *   friendly
  *   modern
