Re: Eval Report Template [was: [wbs] response to 'Resource Management Survey']

I don't know the relative priority of this for EOWG compared to other 
resources, but think this is an important resource that we should get 
updated. I think it is fairly easy to update.

I think we can update it using bits of the existing report tool:
  - https://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/report-tool/

Not everything we need for the template is on one page of the report 
tool. For example, the "executive summary" is not very apparent from the 
"view report" page (because the heading is different).

So it will need some thinking but should not be all too difficult to 
figure out the right bits. In fact, we can keep the page mostly as-is 
with some minimal updates (eg. the references).

I hope this is clearer now. Otherwise let's maybe chat by phone.
