Hi Kevin, Sorry to miss your email before the long weekend over here. Yes - I can see it being covered in 'incorporate user feedback' (rather than 'monitor websites'). Maybe the byline could be changed to "Invite user feedback and use it to help guide improvement activities and identify areas in need of attention."
