Planning editorial suggestions

Thanks for your comments in the Weekly Survey <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/EOWG18Dec2015/results#xq5>. You mention your concerns over the introductory paragraph. This is certainly something I would welcome comments or recommendations for change on. Feel free to submit them via GitHub or via email if you are not yet comfortable with GitHub.

Regarding your second comment, I just wanted to confirm, are you suggesting that each of the activities (for example Communicate Progress or Enhance Policies in the Implement section) should not be in a separate page. Instead there is one page for each of the sections (‘Initiate’, ‘Plan’, etc.) with all the content on that one page?
