Hi All, I really like the tutorials and approved them for posting. AnnaBelle, I'm trusting you to catch all the syntax, grammar and artistic error. I would also like to invite those who have not read it to look at the newest Nose to the Page article. http://nosetothepage.org/Articles/A2.html Access to Visual Flexibility Including Word Wrapping, it is both historic and current. I will be presenting before the Access Board. I will be representing the California Council of Low Vision. My presentation will demonstrate a host of literature and surveys that documented the inappropriateness of forcing word wrapping. I will try to have the Access Board exceed the WCAG Level AAA support of word wrapping. Also the loss of 508 1194.24 (d), the ability to read documents without the author's style is a profound blow to people with low vision. I will try to get some restoration of this functionality. When WCAG 2.0 was published, I thought 1.3.1 was the replacement. I would have filed an appeal if I had known the WCAG WGs intent. Since WCAG is unchangeable, those like me who need visual style modification to survive professionally must fight nation to nation. It must be a legal requirement to provide access to visual style.
