direct access to website for disable people

Hello all,

I'm working on a website and currently i'm creating a version of this
website for people with disabilities.

However i'm not sure how this version should be presented to the users. Is
there a way, a piece of code maybe, that redirects the users with
disabilities to this specific version??Or all i have to do is to create a
link, for ex. "people with disabilities", and by clicking on it users will
reach this version??
