On the page listed at this link:   http://www.w3.org/WAI/Policy/#usa255 There is a link listed under the section "(USA) Section 255 of the Telecommunications Act" where the bulleted item "FCC's  Section 255 Information" contains the link, it points to the fcc ftp server instead of the www server, in other words, its a broken link. Just thought I would let you know.
