Dear Andrew,all

considering the relevant section "asking others to Make the contact" as
it is now, it can be considered as very generic. From our point of view
it would be nice to include some specific contact details for some
international or national organizations that someone could be in touch
contact with them.
P.S. Maybe a new section should be included to the report based on the
people rights and laws regarding the accessbility status of public Web
sites (e.g. Public sector websites to be accessible by 2010, ..)
