Some ideas for title: 
WCAG 2.0 Presentation Directive Overview, 
WCAG 2.0 Presentation Instructions, 
WCAG 2.0 Presentation Directions. Do you have other ideas? What do you
think of these ideas?

Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): 
"Directive Overview" was confusing when I read it as it didn't tie in with
what I thought the presentation was which is an introduction to WCAG 2.0. 

I've been slightly out of the loop so may have missed something but I
think of this as a presentation on WCAG 2.0 with instructions so would
title it as "An introduction and overview WCAG 2.0" or something similar
and then state in the surrounding text that this is a presentation that
can be used by you, the reader, and includes explanatory notes.
