current wording: not specific about the wording but rather the overall
tone
suggested revision: missing some concrete examples of different expertise
that is needed. For example, expertise in usability, scripting, CSS,
visual design, or application programming. Laying out some of these
expertise and why they may be distributed or centralized, or external.
