Accessible websites

Hi, Rob Davies, a blind webmaster, has written the attached document on Accessible webdesign for everyone - “An accessible website is a staggering 35% easier to use for every visitor!” 
(U.K. Disability Rights Commission research 2004.) 

Providing accessibility on the Web is much more than helping those who are visually impaired.   There are others with hearing needs, reading difficulties, cognitive problems and physical restrictions.  Different platforms, web browsers, technologies, languages and cultures.
