Hi Sailesh, Thank you for your suggestions on the Evaluation Suite. I've added your suggestion to consider evaluating content in the context of security applications to the changelog of the "Specific Contexts" document [1]. However, it seems to me your first two points are debatable. Applications provide functions that perform functionality, do they not? Anyway, we will look further into this on the next round of updating later this fall. For instance, the accessibility issues for login to an online bank or for making electronic purchases or opening an account are peculiar to such content and may not be experienced elsewhere in the application. > > Sailesh Panchang > Senior Accessibility Engineer > Deque Systems (www.deque.com) > 11180 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite #400 > Reston VA 21091 > E-mail: sailesh.panchang@deque.com > Tel: 703-225-0380 (ext 105) > -- Shadi Abou-Zahra, Web Accessibility Specialist for Europe Chair and Team Contact for the Evaluation and Repair Tools WG World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), http://www.w3.org/ Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), http://www.w3.org/WAI/ WAI-TIES Project, http://www.w3.org/WAI/TIES/ Evaluation and Repair Tools WG, http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/ 2004, Route des Lucioles -- 06560, Sophia-Antipolis -- France Voice: +33(0)4 92 38 50 64 Fax: +33(0)4 92 38 78 22
