WAI Resources on Managing Accessibility

Hello Eds,

In http://www.w3.org/WAI/managing.html

The text "Note on Inaccessible [the letters 'captcha' difficult to read on
complex background] and" needs a link title for FireFox etc -

suggest title="inaccessible captcha"

I would actually just use Alt="captcha" rather than Alt="the letters
'captcha' difficult to read on complex background" as this is a description
of the image, rather than the text of the image. Most screen reader users
will no longer understand the link if they are reading the alt text.

Cheers, Andrew
