pls see attached for ideas, per our conversation earlier today. 
4131 - overall suggestion
3130 - another idea if have those 3 categories
1138 - another idea, I don't like as well as others
2129 - suggestions for Advanced search

My schedule is flexible most of Tue & Wed if you want to discuss.

(I'm not able to type up CSS for that bar :-(

also, I question including Web format in simple search.
