UK policy - guidelines link update

the UK Guidelines link is broken - seems like it should be as below (but
just check)
http://www.w3.org/WAI/Policy/#UK

Old code
<LI class=spacing><A
href="http://www.e-envoy.gov.uk/oee/oee.nsf/sections/webguidelines-handbook-top/$file/handbookindex.htm">Guidelines
 for Government Websites</A>, 2002, updated 2003 </LI>

New code
<LI class=spacing><A
href="http://www.e-envoy.gov.uk/Resources/Guidelines/fs/en">Guidelines for
Government Websites</A>, 2002, updated 2003 </LI>

And consider a sub set:
<LI class=spacing><A
href="http://www.e-envoy.gov.uk/Resources/WebGuidelines/fs/en">Web
Guidelines for Government Websites</A>, 2002, updated 2003 </LI>

Cheers,  Andrew
