HDML and TTML

As if we don't have enough on our plates now, I just read a couple of
articles regarding HDML (Handheld Device Markup Language) and TTML (Tagged
Text Markup Language). I know that the W3C has the HDML spec, do they also
have the TTML spec? Should we be concerned about these now?
