I have no strong preference for or against personas. I believe that the current names are pretty random; I know that I didn't try too hard to be consistent, assuming that they'd all be straightened out in an editorial pass. Jim, I'm not sure whether Jan was suggesting we move to lettered personas. Certainly the 26 examples Anne gave in her article--which was very well done, by the way--are not intended to cover the full spectrum of disabilities that we might need to include (e.g. users of speech recognition and software magnifiers).
