Follow up with Voice Browser Group: The short answer: UAAG success criteria are outside the scope of the group, but they are interested in further conversation. Details: I spoke with the staff contact for the Voice Browser Working Group. Their work is not an extension of a visual browser. The group is primarily concerned with serving web content over telephone devices. The input is touchtone or speech input. They are concerned with Voice XML and Speech Synthesis Markup Language. There are a few systems that provide Speech stress, but most do not. The staff contact is interested in ongoing contact and would invite us to attend one of their meetings in the future, if we are interested.
