Possible Regrets for 7/10 Meeting

Hello,

I had mentioned that I'd be phoning in to today's meeting without any internet access.  There's a possibility I'll not have telephone access either so am giving possible regrets for today's meeting.  I'll have my phone and net access back later today if this happens.
