JR: I think the general approach of UAAG should be that the browser/UA 
user has the final say on presentation, not the author.

I can see a use in noting which UAAG2 requirements could serve to meet 
the "a mechanism is available" requirement in WCAG 2.0 (i.e. in WCAG 2.0 
1.4.2, 1.4.8, 2.2.2, 2.4.1, 2.4.9, 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.1.6, 3.2.3, 3.2.5, 
3.3.4, and 3.3.6).
