Additional information for WCAG 2.0 review

The UAAG - WCAG correlation table has been updated to include specific UAAG
references to WCAG success criteria.

The 30 June 2005 Working Draft of WCAG 2.0 contains a section called
"The question of baseline." This section summarizes the issues and the
rationale for WCAG's current approach.

WCAG 2.0 has User Agent support notes related to success criteria.
