request over festival[ text-speech]

sir,
       I am working on festival. I have successfully configured the 
software using the RPM's and        got the output(voice).but i am 
getting the output (voice) very feabily that is the only               
   drawback  i  am facing.how to overcome it.if u have any suggestion 
mail me.
