Structural Navigation -- check it out?

I hear tell that the latest Hot Dog HTML editor (6.2) has some sort of a
navigation view.  Maybe even with tailorable filtering on element type
<http://www.sausage.com>. 

Is it possible with this tool we could get some of our ideas put to user
testing?
