Changes to the Techniques
This is a major revision of the Techniques document, with too many
changes to document easily. The text should be less redundant, less
verbose, easier to read, and more complete. Some stuff:
* Deleted appendix 6 on techniques for ATs and integrated
elsehwere.
The techniques were almost all in the body of the document
anywya.
* Deleted appendix
* New references and references divided into groups (guidelines,
user agents, resources, etc.).
* Add PNG format for images.
* Incorporated [30]comments on techniques from Susan Lesch.
* Fixed techniques based on comments from Nir Dagan: [31]Nir
comments 1, [32]Nir comments 2, [33]Nir comments 3.
