RE: priority of 5.8

One thing that's sometimes a problem with installation is entering product
IDs that are printed on the back of CD cases, but unfortunately not in
Braille.

this is correct.  installation is part of application.  and
interestingly enough, it can happen in an accessible way on just about
every platform that supports access so this should not be a problem for
developpers right Dick?
