Hello, The 4 October User Agent Guidelines [1] and Techniques [2] are now available. The list of changes [3] is also available online. Note that one of the most important changes in this draft is that conformance no longer describes two classes of user agents. However, there are still some checkpoints that read "for dependent user agents only" since the WG has not yet resolved how to handle these. The issues list has also been updated [4]. This should be the last draft published before the face-to-face meeting [5] (since I will be in meetings much next week). Your comments and review are welcome.
