any work on user defined accessibility profiles?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any current standards work being done to give users a
way to define an accessibility profile in the browser that goes further
than just individual properties like "prefers-reduced-motion" and similar?

I have seen various attempts over the years at application level, none
particularly successful, so just wondering if anyone is aware of anything
at the browser / standards level?
