RE: PDF Title

You need to translate the Title property. The PDF reader application cannot do this.

Hello,
I have been asked a question that I'm not 100% sure of the answer by one of my co-workers. We are translating a PDF into 12 different languages. Do we have to translate the Title property of the PDF?
In my opinion, we shouldn't have to translate the title. The user's browser language would translate the title. Am I incorrect? Any other opinions/thoughts from others who might have more expertise in this matter would greatly appreciate.
