Recent changes to the WCAG 2.2 SC 2.1.1 Understanding page

I share your concerns, Lucy. Fully appreciate also what Juliette mentioned
above about the difficulty in getting agreement from all the stakeholders
to agree to a SC.

I think the goal should be to try to push for some improvement of this
issue in a possible 2.3.
