A user, in what environment using what array of technology for interaction? Can this be done, say entirely by voice? What if there is no mouse? A braille display? Augmented keyboard? What, speaking personally, screams complex is just how this works using various interaction methods. Does that resonate? The user, tells me nothing, because there are many examples of what that actually means.
