good afternoon, I said nothing about demand. Instead, I asked if the option is shared, given as others have confirmed privately, the process creates a basic floor on top of which other factors can be added. Speaking personally, especially where section 508 is concerned, the case here, it seems more productive to build a good foundation. Rather than engage in everyone sharing a label are interchangeable types of compliance. what has stunned me, aside from the lack of inclusion I am finding for basic state department services is the honest admission from staff that they have no chances to actually see if things are working for populations across the board.
