svg inside aria-hidden component

I'm getting grief from audio eye, and have to explain to people that it's
wrong, so before I make a fool of myself can we all agree that if an svg is
inside a use inside another svg and that top level svg has an aria-hidden =
true then the lower level svg should also be aria-hidden and not require an
accessible name.
