Seeking recommendations for Canadian developers and designers

Please reply to this request off-list. I'm reaching out to the group in the hopes someone can recommend Canadian developers and designers that can build a new website incorporating the web content accessibility guidelines. The website will be for the New Westminster Police Department. The current website is not accessible and we're hoping to build something that all residents of New Westminster can use. We always like to support local businesses, so if there is anyone in the Metro Vancouver region we'd be very interested in seeing examples of their work. Thank you in advance for your help!
