Please do not use absolute measurements such as pixels for font sizes. Users must be allowed to vary the font size to suit their needs. Ideally you should start with--- font-size:medium; --- then use proportional sizes such as "%" or "pt" to enlarge or reduce as desired... now all you visitors can control the scale if required and your default design is exactly as you want.
