OK, this one seems easy: there's no "just test for 2.1" anymore than there's a "here's my coffee, I added a bit more cream. Only drink the part that's the added cream and tell me if its good coffee". 2.1 is an updated, complete standard. It includes, by reference, all of 2.0, minus errata or clarifications and some additional items. But it’s a whole standard. You can test for 2.0, or 2.1, but not just the difference, as that will not provide any statement of conformance. I'd respectfully ask they either have you do one standard or the other, completely. Their website was already tested for WCAG 2.0 requirements couple of Years ago. I have the following queries regarding this scenario. Can we prepare ACR for WCAG 2.1 alone excluding 2.0? Since the given website is not tested for 2.0 recently, should we recommend to test against all the WCAG requirements including 2.0 if they look for conformance? If it is ok to prepare ACS for 2.1 alone, what should be mentioned in the comment’s column for 2.0 SC’s? What is the industry practice on such scenarios? -- Thanks and Regards Ramakrishnan
