Louise, It may not be a relief. Looking at your example, it seems to my subjective opinion that your video snippet is meaningful, and therefore needs to be accessible with closed captions and a video description. My way to interpret this is to browse with images turned off. If I subjectively feel that I am missing something valuable, I must make it accessible.
